Delivery Information & Online Purchase

Our Delivery Logistics have been the key to our success for effective, safe and controlled sales. With our courier services for e-commerce,our delivery runs are made agile and secure through a developed relationship with couriers.

All local deliveries are outsourced to The Courier Guy who offer a professional and reliable service:

• Delivery arrangements of orders are handled between Tommo Fire and The Courier Guy.
• The service we continue to receive from The Courier Guy always well priced.
• Orders confirmed are delivered via domestic road freight.
• Deliveries to the major city centers are mostly 2 days.
• Deliveries are generally received within 3 days for outlying areas.

Payment Procedure

Once all volumetric measurements are finalized, a quotation is obtained from The Courier Guy. We confirm these fees immediately with the customer and once accepted, the client is then billed by Tommo Fire and payment for delivery and products is requested.

National Purchases & Orders

Our delivery facilities have been tailored to ensure that purchases are received and that both the customer and Tommo Fire are able to track deliveries. We are also happy to liaise on all paid orders.

We deliver to all provinces within South Africa including all major cities and outlying areas.

We also often make pre-arrangements to have deliveries land close to any smaller towns and regions.
