We have chosen specific materials and manufacturing processes to ensure that our equipment will not let you down during fire fighting operations. The welded inner baffle prevents bag deformation when full and distributes weight allowing the Tommo Fire Trooper Knapsack to better conform to the Fire Fighters body. A waterproof padded back panel for increased user comfort adjustable padded shoulder straps for comfortable use over long periods. Adjustable waist straps carry weight on hips. Easy to use, transport, store and service on site. Our Lance fitting has been securely fitted to the bottom corner preventing wear-and-tear and allowing the Tommo Knapsacks to discharge a full 18-20 liters per cycle. We also added a Handy carrying loop at top and for bag support when filling.
If you are making fire breaks there is a Velcro tie for the Lance to enable easier navigation of terrain and this also helps keep the fire fighters hands free and available to use a Fire Beater or Fire Rake.
All spares are available via our online store and locally. There are also handy add-ons such as the cell phone pouch or radio pouch which enable fire teams communication when working on large or difficult terrain.
